Year 1 – Semester I
• Covers core management fundamentals, including Organizational Behevior, Accounting, Managerial Economics, Principles of Management, and Quantitative Techniques.
• Allows students to choose one elective from Global Business Environment, Business Law & Corporate Governance, or Business Communication.Year 1 – Semester II
• Focuses on advanced managerial subjects such as HR Management, Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing Principles, and Production & Operations Management.
• Includes an elective choice among Supply Chain Management, MIS, or Sales Management to build domain-specific expertise.Year 2 – Semester III
• Enhances analytical and research skills through International Business, Research Methodology, Project Management, Entrepreneurship Essentials, and Cost & Management Accounting.
• Offers an elective between Digital Marketing or Operations Research.
• Begins Project Work (Part 1), preparing students for industry-oriented research.Year 2 – Semester IV
